Nice but a bit pricy

11 pm on a Thursday night. We had a pizza, the wings and the nachos, I struggle to find better food at many bars and restaurants. Definitely will return when next in Quebec City

Excellent brews at very good prices. I didn't try the food but the service for the beers was outstanding. Highly recommended! I particularly like the aesthetic of the whole place.

While staying at a hotel nearby, we visited Archibalds at their recommendation. Relaxing atmosphere, quick service, and pleasant staff made our stay enjoyable. But their beer and pub food made it worth coming back for. Nice selection and well crafted beer started the evening. The appetizer portions were generous and tasty. Would certainly recommend to a friend!

Archibald's is a business travelers Oasis. The menu is both diverse in flavors and wide ranging in price. You want a full meal, they have it. You want something light, they have it. Not the same old fare. They twist it just right, and will accommodate you if you wish the traditional. The proprietary brew is quite excellent, and they encourage you to taste/sample before you make your selection. Such hospitality is rarely encountered in any country. If you have any questions or concerns, address Jean-Francois, the manager, he will assist you. The out-dated stereotype of needing to speak French in Quebec does not exist at this delightful venue.

The meal was really good, it came as described in the menu. Had a lot of flavour. Most of which were a little off for my taste preferences. A great meal at a fair value.

Very good service at the bar area. The ceasar salad was really good and the wings were OK.

Ok place ...beer...a lot of option but be careful...I am fan of light beer so go for Blanche or Blonde....Beer I mean ..lol

Amazing establishment. Prompt seating and service. Amazing food, well priced. Will definitely dine here again the next time I'm in town.

Was a hotel around the corner. Had dinner there..nachos with smoked meat . Was great. The service was good. Look forward to going back

Plumb burger is tasty

The food is good and the beer is above average. Be careful about going on weekends because it's always full. Even if you have a reservation, you'll have to wait between 15-30 minutes to have your table. Happened to me twice that our group had to awkwardly wait in the entrance while we were waiting for our supposedly reserved table to be ready.

Food excellent, service excellent, This is à micro brewery, very crowdy And loud on the sport side with live music.

Had the pleasure of eating here a few times while on work travels. Service was quick and friendly as one would expect. The few nights I went it was very busy but we were accomodatesld the best they could. For a micro brew the beer selection is quite large and will satisfy any taste. The only downside is what I found to be a smaller appetizers menu, would of been nice to have a few more choices for a late night snack. Would definitely come again.

Loved this location! Live music, but not too loud. Could easily talk without shouting at our table. Great food, but a bit pricey for what it was.

Great place! Seems very trendy. I had the Tartare Duo, salmon and beef, which was excellent. They serve a number excellent beer choices as well. Staff is friendly and helpful. I would recommend this place for visitors.

Great food, we had pasta and fish and chips. Great atmosphere, fairly quiet which was refreshing. Comfortable booths. Friendly, extremely helpful staff with a sense of humour. Merci beaucoup.

I wish there was no stars. This place was so unprofessional. The owner is sexist, and the hostess don't know how to explain things properly. I'm never coming here ever again and telling people to stay away. The manager told my friends husband "your women's out of control" he's so uneducated and should not own a business. We travelled from Ottawa for the weekend for New Years and wanted a bite to eat and got caught in a miscommunication between the hostess who eventually grabbed the manager who was just as unprofessional about it all. All we wanted was a refund. I have never been so embarrassed until coming to this establishment. Please if you are traveling from Ontario please do not go to this establishment this is a clear example of the classic issues between Quebec and Ontario. So sad.

A little crowded on days with live music and you have to wait for a place for some time. The food is ok and the bets are not to bad.

I am eating at Archibald for about 15 years now, going out with business partners and family.... every and each time it is a 100% satisfaction. Keep up the good work guys!

I was very happy finding this location when we were in Québec. Service was good, menu was plentiful, and everything tasted great. Would definitely come back when I’m in town next!

English friendly and good food if you are staying in the nearby hotels. They are a craft brewery and their beers are actually very good. This is a good place if you are staying here for business and have several clients you would like to take to dinner. Its classy but not over the top and relaxed as well. Quiet enough to have a dinner conversation and the palette of the food will not disappoint you.Coming from a sicilian I have high standards for anything pasta and pizza and have tried both here and am impressed to say the least.

Upscale brewpub with "hunting cabin" decor. Serve a large selection of Archibald beers but also cocktails. I had one of the burgers and it was good. What I liked most was that it wasn't over done in terms of sauces and toppings. Overall although it was good I had a nice experience I felt like it was a little pricey for what it was.

Great Place to eat and nice bands and nightlife. Marie-Claude was great, This is going to be my new place to go When intown.

As “Canadian “ as you are going to get. We found this place as we were heading back from a weekend of fun in QC,QC. It is your stereotype of Canada come to life with the antler chandeliers, plaid decor and cool Canadiana over the walls throughout the walls. The food was really quite something and everyone ordered something unique. I had the blood pudding and the kids all chomped it down. Otherwise they have great burgers, pastas pizzas and house brewed beers! Overall a great little find and just off the main road into town which means we will be heading back on subsequent trips to the Belle Province.

Our hotel.was across the road, it was late and pouring rain- glad we chose this spit over the others nearby! Food was truly delicious, friendly service in English and French with great suggestions for food, and the beer was so good we bought some to bring home! Some live music in the bar was broadcast in house on TV's, so got to listen to the music while.eating too.

Good beer and good service. The place gets busy on Thursday through Saturday evenings otherwise its a nice place to unwind.

The Archibald was highly recommended by a friend of mine and in the 2 weeks we were in Quebec city, we went 3 times. Service is fast, the servers are nice and the food is amazing. I mean everything i tried was delicious. They also have a very nice selection of craft beers which you can get sampler flights. 10/10 would recommend.

Pretty good restaurant to go to. Friendly staff, good service and food was good. You must try the beers. This time I tried Irish cream ale, very good. 🍻 Stop by after or before flying. Very close to the airport.

Soooo good the Highland meat they use in the burgers was the best I ever had.The beer mayo was extraordinary,the fries were good. Goat cheese pizza was very generous and awesome .Definitely recommend it!Ohh...and the beer is great...they have funny names too

Very nice outside patio with fire. Nice pastas and fresh beer. Tasty desert brownie. Nice and chill place to have a relaxing chilled evening. Would recommend.

Different foods with excellent staffing and I just love their cream ale

Ordered nachos and ended up half burned and they still served it and we waited to tell them but it took over 20 minutes and ended up being hungry so we ate a little bit and they came back and refused to change it even burned. The beer is good but the waitresses didn't come often for water.

Relatively expensive for what it tastes, plate presentation is well, staff is friendly, clean and the menu is rich... if you like beers this is the place, do not expect to eat well though..
